Blanc de Noirs at its best. A complex cuvee in a wonderful package. Launched at Vinexpo Asia Pacific 2006, this wine will be a Star on its own. A package to dream for... A glowing red bottle reminding the original colour of the black grapes residing in it. Dressed with yellow classy labels expressing the golden purity of the final product… A Blanc de Noirs, a white champagne made exclusively from back grapes from Champagne. The strength of the cuvee is aimed a accompanying Asian food and will certainly find its place on tables all other the Asian region. The premier Cru range from Dumangin suffers no stressful processes. It is handled very gently from grape picking to bottling in their tank room in Chigny Les Roses. Careful manual riddling, in-house disgorgement & dosage ensure quality at all steps. A quality wine range elaborated with the most traditional methods. The Wine Maker’s recommendation This strong and masculine champagne will be a perfect with Chow Mein, grilled squid or duck curries. Available in 75 cl only |
