Where to find us in Chigny ?
The Monuments of Chigny:
| Chigny Les Roses is a traditional village. Built several centuries
ago, Chigny les Roses hosted up to a few months ago a Oak of several
centuries of age. You can still see its remains at the entrance
of the village. Moreover, you can admire the village square where
a old music kiosk and a statue of the statue of the Pommery widow.
Right you can see its recently renovated church and its town hall
at the dawn of an harvesting day. |

The origin of Chigny Les Roses:

Chigny les Roses... The nickname "Rose" has been brought by the
habit of Chigny winegrowers to plant rosaries in front to their
vineyards to forecast all the illnesses. It is still the case today
as you can see on the photo left... |
